I cannot say how amazing Rachel was to work with. After losing my brother to depression last year we didn't feel like we had anything tangible to use for memorial jewelry. Luckily I was able to obtain his fingerprints. Rachel walks you easily through the process of sending the print to her and fully explains her method of using it to create a one-of-a-kind piece for you. She was so professional but very caring and kind as she knew my family was grieving the loss of my brother. Beautiful necklace

My husband and I recently adopted an infant and for Christmas we ordered this for our son's birth mother and Rachel engraved our baby's fingerprint on it. When she received the gift in the mail she said she bawled her eyes out and she absolutely loves it and thinks it's beautiful. Rachel did an amazing job and got this order out really quick!
